The customer’s third party IT vendor had previously seen a similar setup at another company but knew it had been complicated and pretty costly.  Advanced Office was brought in to work with this customer and the IT vendor to come up with several options and feature sets that allowed them to choose the right solution for them. With the new system in place, print, copy, scan, and fax jobs can be tracked by user with audit trails available as needed for compliance.  Users can key in a code or tap a badge to release print jobs.  Documents are easily scanned to searchable PDFs with the push of a button.
