Advanced Office is proud to announce that we have once again earned the Ricoh Circle of Excellence award for 2021! For our sixth consecutive year receiving this honor, and one of only two Southern California dealerships to achieve this designation in 2021.  We are extremely thankful to all our customers and employees who have made this possible.

 

About the Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award

Ricoh evaluates the approximate 400 dealers providing above and beyond customer support and service in accordance with Ricoh’s firm standards and guidelines and recognizes the best with their Circle of Excellence Award. Nationwide, only a handful of Ricoh’s dealers earn this esteemed award each year, and we recognize this as an additional validation of our commitment to always put our customer first through our Customer-Focused 3 C’s.

Qualifications and Eligibility

The RFG Circle of Excellence Award is merited to dealers that have demonstrated significant size and capability while serving its clients with reliable commitment.

Additionally, a dealer's service technicians must complete a rigorous test to evaluate the breadth of their service experience, qualification, and skills, with only the highest scoring technicians earning Prestige level certification.  At Advanced Office, we take this further— our highly trained experienced staff recognizes that excellent service is not just fixing the problem fast but also fixing it the first time. 

To achieve the RFG Circle of Excellence Award, Advanced Office has met or exceeded the following requirements after proudly submitting our regularly reviewed service metrics, training records, and other information for review by Ricoh:
