Ricoh USA, Inc, a global information management and digital services company, has announced its designation of Advanced Office, a leading Southern California Ricoh dealership, as a Ricoh ProVision Dealer Partner for the year 2025. The ProVision designation replaces the previous RFG Circle of Excellence designation, which between the two marks the tenth consecutive time that Advanced Office has received this award based primarily on Ricoh's own assessment of the service and support element which Advanced Office provides to its customers in the area.
Ricoh USA bases its designations on two phases of assessment for all qualifying Ricoh dealerships in order to determine what it considers the "Best of the Best" before selecting the top candidates nationally to receive this award.
Phase 1 consists of a Service Engineer Skills Assessment, where in the Advanced Office technicians working on devices in the field are measured on their skills and knowledgeability of the Ricoh machines.

Advanced Office has been found as surpassing all metrics in both phases to once again achieve this superior status for the upcoming 2025 year.
