COVID-19 Mask Requirements

To our valued Advanced Office customers:

Advanced Office is committed to your safety and the safety of our staff, and we strive to operate with the highest standards of cleanliness and protection. Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have put into place a number of additional measures following the recommended CDC guidelines to minimize interpersonal exposure while maintaining a high level of service and protection for our customers and team members.     

For the continued safety of your staff and ours, it is imperative that we ask all customers in your facility to abide by California state mask requirements while in the vicinity of our working technicians.

Due to the ability of COVID to transfer from asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic persons, and the duty on Advanced Office to ensure a safe working environment for our employees, we must require that all customers interacting directly and in person with our Advanced Office personnel follow proper state mandates on personal face coverings during the time that our team member is visiting your site.

If you or your staff are not able, or unwilling to comply with this request, it may result in our inability to provide services on any devices until such time that proper protections are put in place.

If you or your staff have extenuating circumstances which interfere with your abilities to wear face coverings during our visit, please advise us on the nature of this conflict and we will do our best to accommodate your situation in an alternative manner.
