Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Game: November 10th

November 05, 2018 | Advanced Office

Advanced Office is excited to be partnering with the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball team as they return to Southern California this Saturday, November 10th, 2018. Made up of driven, athletic veterans who have lost limbs while serving their country in the military, the WWAST serve as models who continue to push the limits of living with prosthetics. The organization’s goal is “to support and honor our veteran’s sacrifices, and to show others that life without a limb is limitless” in addition to serving as coaches and mentors for children between the ages of 8 and 12 during their annual Kids Camp. We are ecstatic to be part of this event as a sponsor to a 501©(3) public charity that is determined to inspire and inform others while enriching the wellbeing of Wounded Warrior Amputees.

The free admission event will be held at Saddleback College Baseball Field in Mission Viejo, and gates open at noon. Along with a Kids Zone, VFW BBQ and 4th Annual Veterans Resource Fair, there will also be a raffle board and silent auction with all raffle, auction & merchandise proceeds going directly to WWAST. The all-star game against the CHP Capistrano Softball Team is scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM.
