At Advanced Office, we believe in taking an all-encompassing approach to service. We have extensive experience dealing with office technology, but we don’t just concentrate on the technical side of our work.

Instead, we always focus on the people who use our devices and software. That’s the value that you get from Advanced Office, which we sum up in our 3 C’s:

Communicate

Whenever our technicians work on a problem for you, we take steps to ensure you stay on the same page:

  • We’ll give you a preliminary ETA within 30-45 minutes of placing your service call.
  • We’ll give you constant updates as we work on your problem.

Clean

Our team also gives your office the respect it deserves. When we need to work on a problem onsite, we’ll keep the work area and the hardware as clean as possible. We’ll also bring along a vacuum to take care of any mess that we might make.

Care

Advanced Office isn’t some faceless labyrinth of red tape and corporate-speak. We strive to bring compassion and understanding to our business dealings.
